I am doing a little scouting to see where we could send actual items (like apparel). I have some friends in Texas who are going to scout it out and let me know. My daughter and I put together several boxes of quality lightly-used clothing and rather than drop it at our local Salvation Army and hope that it all gets to the survivors in a timely fashion, we're hoping to find someplace to send it immediately. Anyone have any ideas?
